By downloading or using SubTrack, you agree to these terms.
SubTrack is a personal subscription-tracking tool. You manually add subscriptions you already hold elsewhere, and SubTrack helps you see what you're spending and when you're billed. SubTrack does not manage, bill, or have any relationship with the third-party services you track — "cancel" links simply open that provider's own website in your browser. SubTrack cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
Information shown in SubTrack (totals, reminders, the subscription check-in) is provided for your convenience and is not financial advice.
Subscription details you enter are self-reported and stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate — SubTrack has no way to verify it against your actual bank or card statements.
SubTrack offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("SubTrack Pro") that unlocks unlimited tracked subscriptions, data export, and backup/restore. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and request refunds, through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — SubTrack's developer cannot process refunds directly.
You agree not to misuse SubTrack — including attempting to disrupt the app, reverse-engineer it beyond what's permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
SubTrack is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of SubTrack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed cancellations or billing surprises for services tracked in the app.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of SubTrack after an update means you accept the revised terms.
